Tom Kmito works closely with each Ridgewood homebuyer in designing their kitchens and baths with Starmark cabinetry to their specific tastes. Bob Horn coordinates all appliance selections from the standard GE Profile series stainless appliances to whatever custom appliance a client may desire. John Button and his team at Blue Hill Electric provide all the electrical/high tech wiring at Ridgewood Crossing from standard fixtures to low voltage lighting, security systems, temperature control wiring to customized placement of your lighting/fixtures.

Arborscape - Site landscaping & maintenance and specific homesite walways, landscaping, fencing, etc.

Brian Donnelly of Arborscape of Braintree has been doing some of the most recognized landscaping work on the South Shore for decades from Marina Bay and Quarry Hills in Quincy to the Pinehills in Plymouth. His work at Ridgewod includes all the site landscaping and lawns (including installation and maintenace of our well fed underground sprinkler system) and our graceful fieldstone wall entrance. He sits down with each homebuyer in planning their walkway materials, foundation and tree plantings to give each home a personalized touch.

John Bonomi & Sons - Site, excavation and drainage systems

Michael Ross, principal of M.G. Ross Associates, designed the six distinctive Greek Revival inspired free-standing condominium home styles at Ridgewood Crossing. Michael who designed the Quarry Hills Club House and Marina Bay in Quincy has also designed and built dozens of custom, luxury homes in Milton and throughout the South Shore.

David Stockless, a MA registered architect, works individually with each Ridgewood homebuyer to customize their selected design to meet their specific needs. Since all homes at Ridgewood Crossing are detached, there is flexibility as to foundation dimensions, building orientation, interior wall locations, etc. and David works with each homebuyer to personalize their home design.

Civil & Site Engineering, Survey - Coler & Colantonio and James Nabstedt

Coler & Colantonio of Norwell are one of the pre-eminent civil and site engineering firms in the region. They have overseen the design and construction of more high-end residential developments in the South Shore than anyone. Jim Nabstedt, licensed MA Surveyor, provides all field/home layouts and "as-built" drawings.
